2025 Cartrepreneur® 5 Event Guidelines for Minimum Royalty Waiver
In 2025, Carterpreneurs have the opportunity to expand their businesses, grow their sales, invest in their slingers, and enjoy their time on the cart, all while avoiding the payment of a minimum royalty to King of Pops HQ.
5 Event Minimum Royalty Waiver Incentive Process:
To qualify for the minimum royalty waiver, Carterpreneurs must meet the following criteria:
Event Execution: Cartrepreneur's must complete five qualifying events during the week (Monday through Sunday) in their territory. The event must be a full King of Pops experience including the cart and slinger. If 5% of that week's revenue is less than the territory's minimum royalty amount, the minimum royalty fee for that territory will be waived. Instead, Carterpreneurs will only incur their standard royalty fees per territory of 5% royalty and 1% brand / marekting fee.
While benefiting from the incentive is advantageous, the primary objective of this initiative is to establish a pathway for weekly sales to surpass the threshold, thereby maximizing the profitability of your business. The qualifications and structures designed around this incentive are intended to support this goal.

✔️ Sales and Growth Metrics: To be eligible for the minimum royalty waiver, the event must meet ONE of the following criteria:
- Duration: The event must last at least 3 hours.
- Revenue: The event must generate at least $100 in product revenue.
Note: Events that are consistently repeated for longer than 3 hours but generate sales under $100 will be flagged and removed from eligibility. Your goal will be to focus on events that will grow and be more worthwhile.
