Here are the highlights

• Multi-territory commitment
• Phased opening schedule (annually)
• 50% of additional territory fees are due up front
• Exclusivity is given in additional territories
• The remainder of the fee is due upon opening
• Minimum royalties for each territory will activate once open
• Only option for non-southeastern states/where P10 doesn’t deliver to
