1.3 Company Purpose

Our company purpose is to create Unexpected Moments Of Happiness. (internally we call them UMOHs)

An UMOH is when you go out of your way to brighten someone’s day. It can be something as small as a smile, a free pop when someone drops theirs on the ground or holding the door for someone. And it can be as big as a free weekly yoga event that attracts hundreds of people, treating a children’s hospital to free pops or helping a worthy cause raise money. 

UMOHs are great because they make the recipient feel better, they position our brand as an authentic community member and they make us feel pretty darn good as well.

We have a goal of creating 1,000,000 UMOHs by 2033, and we would love your help getting there. You’ll read later in the Manual how we support that goal for you.
