Franchise Advisory Council

The Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) provides feedback to King of Pops and helps guide decisions. Members serve a two-year, voluntary term. Candidates must be active franchisees. HQ will announce when applications are open.

Franchise Advisory Council (FAC):

The Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) is a group of Carterpreneurs® who work alongside the franchisor to provide valuable feedback, insights, and recommendations on various aspects of the business.

Council members approach topics with a holistic view of the entire Kingdom while drawing from their personal experiences and unique perspectives, ensuring the program evolves with input from all angles.

King of Pops HQ deeply values the FAC’s contributions, as it ensures franchisee concerns, ideas, and perspectives are heard and considered.

While the FAC plays a crucial role in guiding decisions that impact the franchise network, it does not make decisions for the program, and no decisions are made during meetings.

There is no expectation for FAC members to have insider knowledge or answers to all questions, nor are they expected to serve as a communication bridge between HQ and other Carterpreneurs®.

Please Note: FAC members are frequently informed about changes or updates prior to their announcement to the wider community and may be required to maintain confidentiality regarding certain aspects of their discussions.

How FAC Members Are Selected:

Serving on the Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) is a voluntary role. To be considered, candidates must be active franchisees in compliance with all requirements, and submit a thoughtful application.

FAC members serve a two-year term, with new members rotating in each year to keep the council fresh and ensure diverse perspectives over time.

King of Pops HQ will announce when applications for the following year are open.

HQ invites all interested individuals to submit an application.
