Gmail Integration

  • Go to General under Your Preferences in Settings, and click the Email tab.
  • Of the two blue “Pro tip” banners under Email, find the Google Chrome banner and click “Install add-in” and follow the prompts.
  • In your King of Pops inbox, make sure the orange Hubspot logo (located between the email search bar at the top of the inbox and the Activity status) has a green dot, which means it is connected
    • If the light is gray, click on the Hubspot logo and make sure the inbox is connected- follow the prompts to troubleshoot if not.
  • If your inbox is successfully connected, the Hubspot logo status light should be green and in your email composition box, the send button should be orange and you should see the check boxes for log and track, as well as other Hubspot features, under subject line
