3.7 Hosting Team Member Meetings

We suggest hosting a monthly meeting for all team members. We recommend these meetings be in person, but having a virtual meeting is much better than nothing. 

Topics to cover:

• Review Performance metrics (how is the company doing?)
• Company Updates & What’s coming up? 
• What issues are we having?
• Common customer service issues? 
• What ideas do you have for the business?
