Google Chat - Quick & Informal: We use Google Chat for communication and less formal information. If it is a question to the group you’ll get feedback from several folks.

Google Meet - Weekly Huddles and all internal virtual meetings take place on Google Meet.

Email - Formal and best option if you need a thoughtful response

HubSpot - Best for communicating about specific HubSpot deals. Use the “Notes” section and mention who you are hoping to get a response from with @their_name.
