3.1 Introduction to Daily Operations

Operating a King of Pops cart is a lot of fun, but not as simple as it may look. You have to make sure you are keeping your product at the perfect temperature (zero to 5 degrees), make sure your cart doesn’t topple over, that your umbrella doesn’t fly away, and that your chalk board is clear to read … all while providing an amazing experience for your customers. 

The King of Pops peak season varies by location, but in most markets it begins in late March and ends in early November. During this time consistent sales are expected.

We will continue to support Franchisees during the non-peak season. You are more than welcome to continue selling, but there is no minimum royalty during this time.
