Rainforest Fulfillment
Inventory availability is our #1 challenge right now. We know it’s adding stress and making it harder to plan. This article outlines the immediate steps we're taking to stabilize production, improve communication, and simplify operations. If your order is shorted by more than 20%, we’re waiving redelivery fees — but you need to submit a ticket. We're prioritizing core flavors, consolidating inventory, staffing up, and staying hands-on until this gets back on track.

Rainforest fulfillment is causing real problems for some of you.
The biggest concern we’re seeing right now is boxes in Florida arriving frozen. It seems they are somehow getting wet and then refreezing. This is leading to loss of product and a bad experience overall.
Rainforest is actively investigating the cause and working on better sealing and handling protocols. We’ll share more as we learn.
We’re also hearing a wide range of experiences when it comes to driver behavior. We are confirming with Rainforest what the expectation is, but typically they would bring the product to you dock or receiving area.
While many drivers are able and willing to help you load freezers, this should not be an expectation.
Finally, there are more routes being added in July, which should help ease the backlog and give us more flexibility. It won’t solve everything, but it does give us a better shot at fixing problems when they pop up — whether that’s rerouting missed deliveries or consolidating smaller runs.
Our team is jumping in when and where we can to assist — especially when it’s clear a delivery is critical or falling apart. But the reality is, we can’t be everywhere at once, and this system has to work better at the base level.
What You Can Do
-
If you get a damaged box or melted product, please submit a ticket. Photos help.
-
Let us know if the driver didn't deliver all the way to your freezer or left product exposed.
-
If your order is shorted by more than 20%, we’re waiving redelivery fees — but we need a ticket to process it.
