We are constantly developing new flavors. We have a flavor pyramid that guides us.
Traditional Flavors are those that are universally loved. They are designed to be great for seven-year-olds and seventy-year-olds.
Foodie Flavors usually have an interesting twist. Not something you’d normally see on the grocery aisle, but generally pretty well understood and loved.
Adventurous Flavors are where we have some fun. It is a pop with something spicey or an ingredient most folks haven’t heard of.
You should expect to sell 75% Traditional Flavors. 20% Foodie Flavors and 5% or less on Adventurous Flavors. Still, it is important to bring adventurous flavors to events that have adults because it signifies to the customer that we are not your average dessert company.
