Email Signature

We want our email signatures to be clean and consistent. Here is a video on how to update your signature. This needs to be updated in Google and HubSpot.

To update in HubSpot:

Click the Cog in the upper right to go to Settings
Click on General on the list on the left
Click the Email Tab
Select Edit Email Signature

To update in Gmail:

Click the Cog in the upper right
Click “See All Settings”
Scroll down to the “Signature” Box
After updating click save

In both instances copy the example below and update it with your info.
