Large Pop Orders

Orders Less than or equal to 2,900 pops (116 Boxes) 

  • Place your order on the P10 portal and follow standard inventory management and ordering protocol.

Orders between 2,900 pops (116 boxes), & 5,000 pops (200 boxes). 

  1. Use your P10 portal and follow normal ordering protocol.

  2.  Use the Large Order Request form and provide P10 with 30 days notice to receive more 1 on 1 support, and secure a stronger likelihood of your requested flavors, and still secure your corresponding discount. 

When using the large order request form, you will be prompted to order in increments of 2,900, 3625, or 4250. This is to ensure your order is placed on one flat pallet, and will decrease the chance of damage. 


Orders Greater than 5,000 pops. (200 + boxes)

All orders of 5,000 or more pops will be required to use the Large Order Request Form, an exclusive white glove service exclusively available for Cartrepreneurs.

This service allows you to secure large orders with ease and have direct first priority influence over production. It is the only way to access P10’s largest bulk discount of 10% off, which is exclusively available for Cartrepreneurs.

How: To place an order for 5,000 pops or more, simply fill out the Large Order Request Form with 30 days or more of notice. 

  • Required for all orders of 5k pops or more. 
  • Must order in increments that increments offered on the form. 
  • Flavor availability is not guaranteed. 


Bulk Discounts: 

To receive P10's largest discount only available to cartreprenurs, you need to provide 30 days notice for all orders to receive 10% off your order of 5,000 pops or more.  

In some instances, franchisees will be required to pay the balance of large orders in full or have corresponding funds wired directly to franchisors bank account.

Question: If there are discrepancies in the above criteria, approval may still be considered if the Cartrepreneur is able to pay for the pops in full.

Answer: Yes


Question: Can I still order over 5,000 pops from the portal? 

Answer: No.


Question: Can I order pops over my credit limit? 

Answer: Yes, but approval will be decided on a case by case basis.


Question: Can I use the large order request form for an order I need in less than 30 days? 

Answer: Yes. Our goal is to get you any last min pops you need.
This form will flag a real person who will help you in real time. Hopefully we can accommodate your last minuite needs. 

These pops will not be eligible for the bulk discount. 


Question: What if something changes? Can I delay my order? 

Answer: Yes. If needed, you can apply to delay your order for 30 days. After that, your pops will be available for anyone to order and you will need to start a new form for you next order.

Question: How quickly will I know if this order has been approved or not?

Answer: You will be contacted and supported with a clear finalized order within five business days of submitting your request. 


Question: How will I know what flavors I can order? 

Answer: Use the Flavor planning calendar available on your drive. You can plan for seasonal and LTO's in advance. 

Bonus Update: You will receive the bulk discount on LTOs as well.
