Prepaid Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Everything you need to know about changing or cancelling your event with us—including timelines, refund amounts, and how to get in touch.

Here is our refund policy:
 

  • Reschedules are free anytime up until the day before your event. Just shoot us an email or give us a call—we’ll make it happen.

  • Same-day changes? Once the calendar day of your event begins, your booking is locked in. At that point, our team is prepped and rolling.

  • Need to cancel?

    – Cancel 7+ days in advance for a full refund.

    – Cancel within 7 days, and we’ll refund 50% to help cover staffing, supplies, and prep we’ve already done.
