Prepaid Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Here is a helpful guide for when you have customers changing or cancelling events with us—including timelines and refund amounts.

Here is our HQ refund policy which you can use as a guideline:
 
  • Reschedules are free anytime up until the day before the event. 

  • Same-day changes: Once the calendar day of the event begins, the booking is locked in. At that point, the team is prepped and rolling and can't be changed.

  • Need to cancel:

    – Cancel 7+ days in advance for a full refund.

    – Cancel within 7 days, and we refund 50% to help cover staffing, supplies, and prep we’ve already done.

 

You can have a reschedule/refund policy that works for you, this is just a suggested guideline. There are plenty of options including non-refundable deposits on weekends, partial refunds, etc.
