Rainforest Distribution FAQ
If you are utilizing Rainforest Distribution for your deliveries, this is a summary of the most common questions.
Ordering Process:
1️⃣ Place order from your corresponding warehouse:
you'll receive a confirmation from the ordering portal (this just confirms your order went through)
Make sure to select your "preferred delivery date" at the last step of the checkout process. Please note your order may be delayed if you do not choose a date that is on your delivery schedule.
* please note you can place an order for future delivery.
2️⃣ On delivery day (or at the warehouse when you are picking things up) you will sign a $0 invoice for your delivery confirming you got the right items and they were in good condition.
It will look kinda like this:
Be sure to strike through and correct any line items before signature. Be sure to have the delivery driver sign as well and keep your own copy for your records.
If you have a discrepancy with the order immediately reach out to rainforest customer service - orders@rainforest.com.
at this point we will generate and send you an invoice based on what you received.
3️⃣ After we have received confirmation of your delivery from Rainforest, we will generate an invoice based on what was actually delivered and signed for.
You will receive an email from Cin7 with your invoice. You can also view this invoice and all previous invoices in Pencil.
The invoice total will be charged on your invoice due date.
Order Deadlines are the following:
Due by Noon two business days before dispatch. For example:
- Friday at noon for Tuesday delivery
- Monday at noon for Wednesday delivery
- Tuesday at noon for Thursday delivery
- Wednesday at noon for Friday delivery
* We are working on a database sync that should allow for shorter lead times in the coming weeks.
* By mid-summer, delivery frequencies will increase based on order volumes.
What do i do if i need to update an order?
Fill out the customer support request ahead of your cutoff time.
How much will warehouse pickups cost?
There will be a $50 charge for pickups. Pickup hours will be from 8 AM to noon, Monday through Thursday.
How much will delivery cost?
There will be a $200 charge for deliveries.
Which warehouse will I be assigned to?
Virginia Franchisees: You will transition to the Frederick, Maryland warehouse in the coming months.
Tampa Warehouse: The Tampa warehouse will remain operational through early 2025. However, Rainforest plans to relocate this warehouse to Fort Pierce and increase delivery frequency by mid-summer 2025.
Charlotte and Atlanta Warehouses: These warehouses will remain fully operational without any changes.
Will my order deadlines and delivery days stay the same?
Rainforest will retain P10’s current delivery schedule for now.
Will there be changes to order minimums or delivery fees?
There is no order minimum, but all deliveries will incur a $200 delivery fee. Additionally, pickups will be available at the same warehouses P10 customers are familiar with, plus a new location in Frederick, Maryland.
How do I communicate with Rainforest Distribution?

Will I retain the same payment terms as with P10?
We will maintain the same payment terms provided your account is in good standing with P10. Ensure all P10 accounts are current to avoid disruptions during the transition.
Will the full P10 catalog still be available?
No. For now you will only have access to the approved King of Pops Franchisee items.
How will this impact King of Pops’ focus on product innovation?
By partnering with Rainforest for distribution, King of Pops will focus more on developing innovative products and enhancing support for franchisees.
How do I place a pickup order from Atlanta or a different warehouse that I don't usually use for my regular pickups or deliveries?
