Create your square account with your King of Pops email.
When naming your locations, note that the nickname is internal & the business name is external facing.
Location Business Name: King of Pops - [territory name]
Remember to create a location for your unowned deals as well.
Once you've created your account and locations in square - Fill out this form.
Notify the King of Pops team once it has been submitted so we can connect you to our account.

To finish the account verification, on your Square Dashboard please select “activate your account”. If you don’t see this option, your account is already activated. Skip to step 7.

Complete the first 3 sections of account activation.

Once that is completed, please navigate to your left side panel and click
Settings → Accounts & Settings → Business Information → Locations
Click open the listed location to open up the location details & add your relevant business information, including physical address. * Please follow the following template for you naming your location:

From the Business Information menu on the left, click Bank Accounts. Link a bank account to each Location. It may take a few business days for verification to be completed before proceeds will begin to deposit.

Transfers→VerifyTransferSchedule
Edit Close of Day to 11pm local time. This ensures all sales from the business day are captured on the corresponding Transfer. -
In Business Information→Sales Taxes please add any relevant sales tax information.

From there, please enable two step verification under Business Information → Business Security

You will be receiving an invitation via email to join the King of Pops organization. This is the connection required. Please complete this ASAP. Note, this email may come from ‘GoParrot’, the original name of the Franchise Suite system.

Shortly after joining the organization, you will receive another invitation to Activate Subscriptions. Follow the prompts in the email to enroll your account in all the relevant subscriptions.
This is what the email will look like to activate your subscription.
2️⃣ Create your locations.
You will create a location for each territory, and one for unowned territory deals.
- For both locations, name them King of Pops [your territory]
- For the nickname you will create the following locations
- King of Pops [your territory]
- King of Pops [your territory} - Unowned Territory
Use these logo files for each location "full width" & "framed"
