Square Customer Service

When you are having issues with your account you have two main options. 

  • For quick responses to in the field issues call 855-700-6000.
  • For back end / account issues email kingofpops@squareup.com
    • The email turnaround time should always be ASAP as they monitor it live M-F 8-8 PM EST. They will acknowledge each time they see an email to let y'all know they're on it. 

Add Authorized Reps that you want to be associated with your account, which will fast forward them to the Concierge (premium paid support).
