Pricing & Invoices for Pre-Sold Events
It is valuable for all Franchisees to start with the same pricing. There are a number of issues when we quote different pricing initially to customers. For this reason we have our suggested pricing visible on our website and we highly recommend following the model below.
Catering should use the King's Choice item or the specific flavor.
Full Service Catering
- Per Pop Pricing
- 0 - 299: $4 per pop

- 500 - 999: $3.80 per pop (5% discount)
- 1000 - 4999:$3.60 per pop (10%)
- 5000+ - Custom Pricing
All Full Service Catering includes one hour of drive time and one hour of serve time.
One additional hour of serve time is included with every 250 pops ordered.
For example, an order over 250 pops includes 2 hours of on-site service. An order over 500 pops includes 3 hours of on-site service. These hours can be split as needed into multiple carts for a shorter serve time.
Additional Fees
- Additional Drive Time or Serve Time cost $25 per hour
- Drive time is calculated as a total round trip.
- Late night fee -
- Event ends after 9PM - $50 (not taxed)
- Event ends after midnight - $100 (not taxed)
- Round to the nearest whole number when it comes to additional hours
Smaller Event/Custom Event Guidelines
- For full-service events: Offering starts at 25 pops
- Small event fee of $75 for orders under 100 pops
- 25 pops = $175
- 50 pops = $275
- 75 pops = $375
- For drop-off orders: Offering starts at 25 pops
- $15 delivery fee for all orders
- For Pay-As-You-Partake
- 50 pop minimum PLUS $25/hour serve time
- Serve time is not included in 50 pop minimum agreement
- Customer keeps difference in pops if 50 are not consumed by event end
- 50 pop minimum PLUS $25/hour serve time
- For Catering/Sales Hybrid
- Minimum pre-paid amount: 75 pops PLUS $25/hour serve time
- Serve time is not included in pre-paid pop price
- Once agreed-upon number of pre-paid pops are given out, selling price is $4/pop
- Minimum pre-paid amount: 75 pops PLUS $25/hour serve time
Drive Time Rules
6.1.5.c Cart Rental Offering
In times where you are unable to fulfill a full service pre-paid event request, you may offer a cart rental/cart drop off for the requested event instead. This option should be reserved for circumstances including but not limited to being fully booked/no slingers available, events with extremely long serve times that can’t easily or feasibly be fulfilled, and last minute bookings that don’t fit your schedule.
Our priority should always be scheduling a full-service event to align with the brand and the experience we promise to our customers. This offering should not be a first option provided unless it is the only option. We have provided the pricing and offering guideline below.
- Suggested price point is $150 flat rate for the rental of the cart itself
- Includes the cart, rainbow umbrella, and pre-written chalkboard with flavors
- Pops and dry ice cost would be additional
- No non-king of pops items allowed in the cart
