Twice-Yearly Inventory Report 🧮
Cartrepreneurs® must submit inventory counts twice per calendar year. Non-compliance or discrepancies may result in fees.
King of Pops Inventory Reporting Requirements for Carterpreneurs®
King of Pops HQ requires each Cartrepreneur® to submit an inventory count twice per year. This inventory count will be cross-referenced against the quantity of pops sold to ensure that the Cartrepreneur® is reporting all sales accurately and staying within a 2% variance.
HQ also keeps track of the number of leased pop carts and amount of cubic storage feet that belongs to each cartrepreneur® as well.
- Form Submission: The inventory count form can be found in the forms section of the Hub.
- Due Dates: Calendar invites will be sent to Cartrepreneurs' Gmail to remind them of the submission deadlines.
- Multiple Territory Owners: Franchise owners with multiple territories are not required to separate their pop count by territory.
This process is a measure of compliance. Failure to submit the inventory count will result in a daily non-compliance fee until the report is received.
If the inventory count shows a variance greater than 2%, HQ will investigate the discrepancy and bill the franchise owner for any errors.
