Twice-Yearly Inventory Reporting Form 🧮 

Cartrepreneurs® use this form to submit their inventory count to HQ. 

 

Form submissions must be submitted by the due date, and are subject to daily non- compliance fee's if missed. 

 

📋 King of Pops Inventory Checklist

    • Date of current inventory count

    • Territory (or territories) included

    • Number of pops on hand

    • Number of Pups on hand

    • Number of Prince pops on hand

    • Number of pop carts on hand

    • Photo of each cart

    • Cart ID tag (sticker or metal stamp on bottom)

    • Cubic feet of available storage

    • Quantity of other KOP products (e.g., bar mix, garnish pops, soft serve, etc.)

    • Open section for any additional notes or context
