Unclaimed Deal Workflow

If, after 2 days, no Cartrepreneur® claims a deal, our HubSpot workflow will email the customer to let them know we will not be able to accommodate their event at this time.

  • If a customer is contacted without the deal being claimed, our workflow will email the customer the Unclaimed Deal email
    • Therefore, do not email customers whose deals you haven't claimed
