This article outlines how Cartrepreneurs® handle UMoH requests, from submission and approval to event execution and reimbursement.
How we support Cartrepreneur®-Requested UMoH's
- Fill out the UMOH Request Form - www.kingofpops.com/moreUMOHs.
- Follow the UMOH Request pipeline in Hubspot to know where your event is in the approval process.
- If approved you’ll get an email update, and note in Hubspot.
- Execute the event and send both photos and confirmed pop count to Steven via email.
- Copy samson@kingofpops.com & Maybelle@kingofpops.com to the email with photos
- HQ will move the UMoH to "executed" in the pipeline which will prompt reimbursement process.
Again, Carterpreneurs® should not make an additional deal in their regular "king of pops events pipeline"
How we support Customer-Requested (External) UMoH's
- When an external UMoH is submitted in an existing Cartrepreneur®’s territory, that Cartrepreneur® will receive an email notification informing them of the submission with a link to the UMoH’s deal record.
- If the Cartrepreneur® would like to execute that UMoH, they will leave a note on the deal record tagging Samson
- Samson will review the UMoH and move the UMoH deal into the UMoH in Review pipeline stage
- If approved, Samson will move UMoH into the UMoH Selected pipeline stage and Cartrepreneur® will receive an automated email notification and proceed accordingly
