Using HubSpot Calling
- Franchisees can call contacts using their HubSpot web browser on their computer by using HubSpot calling
- Locate the “Call” icon under the Pipeline near the top of the left sidebar on the deal record
- Once you click on the icon, a dropdown of phone numbers associated with the contact associated with the record will appear
- Select the phone number you need, and HubSpot will dial the number for you
- You may use the textbox that appears to take notes on the call
- Once the Hubspot dialer appears, there is a keypad button you may use in case you need to enter an extension
- Once you hang up, the dialer will prompt you to select what happened on the phone call (whether you connected, left a voicemail, or if the customer could not be reached)
